FIA QD10

AgricultureAgriTech

"The FIA QD10 is a DGCA Type-Certified, indigenous precision agriculture drone designed for real field deployment. Its key use cases include: Precision Crop Spraying Targeted application of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, bio-inputs, and nano-fertilizers with controlled droplet size (60–250 µm), reducing chemical overuse and drift. Variable-Rate Spraying Enables differential spraying based on crop condition and prescriptions, optimizing input usage and improving yield efficiency. Large-Area Coverage in Short Time Covers approximately 1 acre in ~7 minutes with up to 25 minutes of flight time, ideal for time-critical crop protection. Farmer Health & Safety Eliminates manual exposure to harmful agrochemicals, significantly improving operator and farmer safety. Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) Operations Widely used by FPOs, trained rural youth, and service providers to deliver affordable spraying services to small and marginal farmers. Climate & Pest Stress Response Rapid deployment during pest outbreaks, fungal infections, or climate induced stress periods to minimize crop loss. Integration with Digital Farmland & Analytics Works seamlessly with prescription maps and analytics platforms, enabling data driven decision making rather than blanket spraying."

Product Description

The FIA QD10 represents Fuselage Innovations’ flagship model in agricultural UAV applications. It is a DGCA certified spraying platform specifically engineered for precision farming operations. The system ensures the uniform and optimized distribution of pesticides, nutrients, and liquid fertilizers, thereby enhancing crop productivity while substantially reducing human exposure and manual intervention in hazardous agricultural activities. With a ten-litre payload and an endurance of approximately twenty five minutes per sortie, the FIA QD10 integrates modular architecture, cloud connectivity, and an indigenous NavIC-based navigation suite. Its robust frame and adaptive flight control make it suitable for varied terrains and climatic conditions. Beyond its core spraying function, the system can be configured for seed spreading, firefighting support, light cargo logistics, and aerial advertising, making it a highly versatile agricultural and industrial tool. Field deployment across multiple states has demonstrated yield increases of up to thirty five percent, coupled with a seventy percent reduction in input resources. The proposed systems are designed for operation in fragmented landholdings and high rainfall conditions typical of Kerala and are compliant with applicable regulatory and safety requirements.
