"Our product is an advanced, energy-efficient agricultural dryer engineered for modern post-harvest processing. It integrates heat pump dehumidification with infrared (IR) heating to deliver precise, low-temperature drying that preserves color, aroma, nutrients, and export quality across high-value crops such as spices, herbs, millets, jackfruit, medicinal plants, seaweed, and other specialty ingredients.


At the core of the system is weight-based equilibrium moisture content (EMC) control, which continuously monitors moisture loss and dynamically adjusts heat input to achieve uniform drying without over-drying or quality degradation. The system’s intelligent control ensures compliance with international moisture standards, reducing export rejections and enhancing product acceptability in premium markets.


The product also features direct solar PV connectivity enabled by a BLDC compressor and inverter-controlled fans, allowing off-grid operation, lower energy costs, and alignment with renewable energy incentives. An in-house IoT platform provides real-time monitoring, digital batch traceability, predictive maintenance, and ERP connectivity for efficient operations, quality documentation, and audit readiness—critical for accessing regulated and high-value export markets.
