Assessment is very much mandatory to check the growth of any system and it is very special in higher education specially Arts and Science Colleges. Since it is regulated by UGC, an all India body, it has a unique organizational model and core processes as well as objectives but assessment and evaluation methods are often vary. So authorities are often found it difficult to implement strategies based on growth. 

Individual Institutions often spend a lot of time and effort even for some basic tasks like scheduling staffs and assigning works and its follow ups. Though certain solutions from some corners popped up, those were often solutions which couldn’t solve the problem in correct and competent way. Such initiative couldn’t fix the gap because of high turnover rate of project team members, over-reliance on heavy customization, poor consultant effectiveness, poor IT infrastructure, poor knowledge transfer, poor effectiveness of project management, poor quality of business process reengineering (BPR), poor quality of testing, poor top management support, too tight project schedule, unclear concept of the nature and use of ERP system from the users’ perspective, Unrealistic expectations from top management concerning the ERP System and so on.

Embase is the single and simple solution for all puzzles of Self financing Arts and Science Colleges in academic assignments and assessments. Comparing to fellow competitors, Embase always designs from user’s perspectives, in other words- bottom up solutions. Since it is developed locally backing latest technology and cloud infrastructure, it can solve and super charge teaching learning and administration process of Arts and Science Colleges.

Team Embase consist employees, share holders and directors of the company which includes Software Engineers, Application Developers and Cloud Administrators College Lectures and Principals. So customization is minimized by knowing potential customer requirements from firsthand experience.

This server share resources among all our clients. Those who have internet they can use our application. In any internet connected mobile phone. We provide Module vise written Materials, and giving oral support by phone and also we host continues training sessions in college campus. We are the first user of the ERP. Most of the team members are College Professors. We are making business by implementing our software slowly in institutions. EMBASE –Communication

 Embase receives data of each student at the time of admission and process according to college and University requirements. It also displays student’s self appraisal status to Students, Higher Officers and Parents there by communication among student teachers and parent becomes simple and effective.  

EMBASE-Admission Portal

Embase -Admission Portal is a unique feature. An aspirant can apply online and enter his/her marks. Student can attach certificates and fee payment Challan for reference. He/she will be alerted through SMS or Email. The application of students will be displayed on Admin-Dashboard and is subjected to approval of the authority. Since the applicants are entering their personal data, the same data can be used till the student exit the campus with his TC. Head of the Institution can admit and assign the student’s department, subjects, second language open course and generate fee from Admin- Dashboard.

EMBASE-Remittance

Embase cares each student so that each student’s fee can be generated subjected to considerations if any. If the student avails any kind of discount or scholarship, it can be added or discounted by editing individually without disturbing the fee structure of his/her fellow class mates. Any entry on students’ remittance will be displayed in the students and parent’s Mobile Application. Student can view his remittance history throughout his bonafide period. College can generate multiple types of reports from remittance menu. .

EMBASE- Academic Management

Head of the Institution can assign the role of individual staff from Assistant to Administrator and control their menu visibility. Head can assign the Academic papers, Tutorship, HoDship, Club Membership, Combined Subject Allotment...etc for each staff accordingly. 

EMBASE- Attendance

Attendance is an important feature of Embase. Attendance can be marked on four grounds. One is while classes are occupied by a teacher on a Paper (Attendance) , second is classes are engaged by a teacher on substitution (Engage), third, classes are moved physically for an event (Event) and classes are let off by some reasons (Let Off). A student will not lose his/her attendance until he is verified absent in the presence of a teacher. Each entry will be displayed at student’s and parent’s Mobile Application. 

EMBASE-Exam Entry

Examination marks can be entered time to time so that the students will be aware of individual status of performance for improvement. 

EMBASE- Library

Embase Library helps a student to understand the number and names of books in the College Library. His/ her book transactions details will be displayed in his/her Mobile Application.

EMBASE- Co Curricular Club

Co-Curricular Cub can be set in Embase and student’s admission and activity reports can be generated through Embase

EMBASE- Certificate Locker

Embase certificate locker will help the Administration Department to control the transaction of certificates including SSLC, Plus Two and will help to generate Bonafide Certificates and Transfer Certificates 

EMBASE- EMIL

EMBASE_EMIL is a distinguished feature of Embase. It is very much effective in conducting classes online along sharing study materials, marking attendance online and scheduling classes and assigning tasks to students.

EMBASE- Admin Dashboard

Embase Admin Dashboard is an important features all the activities and assignments and menu will be displayed. Head of the Institution can control all the activities though this board.
