Kritq is a review chatbot that helps to create and showcase reviews of products and services. The chatbot can be used by customers to generate reviews by interacting with a chatbot. The product reviewing and services reviewing is an integral part of the business. But customers do not review the products/services because of many reasons like no incentive, no information about the product/service, not able to properly express their reviews, lack of time, etc. We help these customers to generate reviews for the products/services using a chatbot. The customers interact and answer a few questions to the chatbot and the bot creates a review in a few mins. These reviews are then posted on the platforms that the clients wish to get the reviews displayed like google reviews, Tripadvisor, Amazon,  Website, etc.
