"Proleri’s product portfolio is centered on high-performance RuBisCO protein isolates and functional co-products derived from underutilized green leaf biomass. The flagship product, RuBisCO Supreme, is a high-purity (up to ~85%) plant protein with excellent foaming, digestibility, binding based functional performance. Unlike many conventional plant proteins, RuBisCO Supreme is non-allergenic, non-GMO, complete amino acid profile, clean-label, and neutral in taste, enabling easy formulation across beverages, ready-to-eat foods, nutrition blends, and meat analogues.
Complementing this is Proleri Fiber, a ~22% pure protein rich dietary fiber fraction recovered from the same biomass stream. This co-product enhances the overall sustainability and economics of the process while offering functionality for gut health, texture improvement, and clean-label fiber fortification as well as for various pet food and animal feed applications.
