The working principle is systematically arranged and coordinated in house and at the same time easier to the clients as well. Every customer will be reviewed and contacted from the office and we ask them about their requirements, according to that we pick a teacher from our team to meet the parents. We aim to acquire part time tutors primarily from professional colleges around which will ensure the quality of our deliverable. Then they will be perfectly interviewed and curated. They will be assigned to take the classes for the subjects they are expert of and we provide them guidelines and study materials. With the help of that they will prepare their teaching methods and notes.

Then we will assign each teacher to the particular student with whom he/she is comfortable with. For selecting the teacher, we will give a demo class for an hour and that class helps the student and their parents to decide whether they want to go with the teacher or not and it also helps the teacher to have an idea about the student, his strength and weakness. According to the demo class the teacher with the help of other team members will make a plan and work according to it till the goal is achieved.
