Like in pre-paid mobile services, the user can buy credits (starts from 20 Rs) and use it to access paid content, this way the user need not have to make a financial transaction every time, better user experience Revenue Sharing with Publisher/creator:- Revenue sharing agreement with content owner, they can access the report through a portal, 100% transparency. UGC (User Generated Content) are removed after every contest, no recurring cost:- Our engagement with a user is through a contest, talent get bubbled up through this process, at the same time we set the expectation to remove the content once the contest is over. India has around 40 OTT platforms now. Having many platforms is good as it enables more investment, but this poses some problem for the user.  

A user must subscribe each of them, if he/she wants to watch a premium content. There is no mechanism where you can pay for watching just that one show on a platform without subscribing for a period. This is so expensive and difficult to manage all the accounts. 

Failed subscription model from mainstream media is another problem. Traditional TV subscribers are cancelling their subscriptions at increased rates. It will become increasingly difficult as more networks begin to offer consumers their own OTT services.

Retaining customers in an OTT platform is very difficult, most of them are one-way communication, if we follow traditional way of social media integration, it will cost a lot, recurring cost of managing User Generated Content poses a high risk
