Acceder
Acceder, an AI powered, cloud based access control system, is essential for safely reopening any businesses during this pandemic. - Patron's walks up to the Acceder unit - Acceder scans the body temperature and flags the person if the temperature is in permissible threshold - Acceder, in contact tracing mode, will popup up a QR code for the user to scan. The patron scan's the QR code, fills in their details and will receive an OTP. Filling up the OTP will provide the patron with a barcode based passcode - Acceder, in attendance management mode, will recognize the employee with face and mark their attendance

Product Description
Acceder is an AI-powered Face Recognition based Contactless Contact tracing, Temperature monitoring system and attendance management system. The system is powered by an IoT Edge device and a cloud-based backend. Acceder complements Perleybrook’s flagship product Argus and uses the same powerful indigenously developed facial recognition algorithm.
Features
- A powerful contactless thermopile sensor, calibrated using machine learning to provide accurate temperature screening with a marginal error range of +/-0.2 C.
- Accurate contactless temperature scanning within 40-50 Cm Range
- A QR code-based, two-step authenticated contact tracing system.
- Picture proof of temperature reading.
- Face recognition algorithm,(with or without mask).
- A multi-tenant backend cloud system on customer subdomain.
General Use Cases
Acceder in its current form works in the following mode.
Human Body temperature screening
Acceder is placed at the entrance of the facility. Patrons form a disciplined single file line and step on a marker placed approximately 40 Cm away from the acceder device. Acceder detects human face presence in front of the unit. The device then senses the body temperature of the patron from their forehead. The device announces with a distinct beep whether the patron’s temperature is within the allowable threshold.
In a normal temperature scanning mode, the acceder does not require an internet connection. Acceder works in standalone mode.
Contact tracing mode
When the acceder is in Temperature Scanning + Contact Tracing Mode, the device pops up a QR code if the temperature reading falls below a specified threshold. The patron should then scan the QR code with any QR code reading app (Some phone cameras usually have this feature built-in). The action will open a webpage on the patron’s phone. The patron would fill in their details including a valid phone number. Acceder system sends an OTP code via SMS to verify the phone number is indeed valid. The patron would then enter the OTP into the text field to authenticate themselves. The system would send a pass to the patron.
Facial recognition based Attendance Management
Acceder can be set up as an Attendance Management unit. An acceder admin would add the employees into the acceder backend. The admin would upload a recent photograph of the employee as well. Acceder uses the photograph as a reference image for its Facial recognition algorithm.
