The structure of the program involves several modules which carry out various set of functionalities. In the context of this document we assume that it is more relevant to describe how the system appears and functions to a user rather than its technical software architecture. 

The system exists exclusively on the web and no components are installed or stored in the user end computer. This means that an internet connection is mandatory to access the software. The system is accessible using all the contemporary browsers available in the market.

This rules out any possibilities of loss of data or security threats related at the user level. All the data will safely reside on the web servers. There is no risk of data loss in any case of hardware or software failures of office computers.

The system comes with a communicative, simple and easy to use User Interface which enables users with any level of technical exposure to handle it.
