Problem Statement

Develop a solution that monitor remote workers productivity, in multiple levels & different category of workers (Developers, Designers, Team Leaders, Project Managers, etc)


Solution Expected 

● Traditional system/Existing systems fit for developers, but it has transparency issues.

● The system should access productivity in multiple ways and employers are able to compare the results (Say Traditional way & Result based way) .

● The software needs to be able to access different Roles productivity upto Project manager.

● The system needs to monitor the work level impact due to internet failure, power failure and other short term unavailability by the employee. Needs some solutions to track how employees compensate those.

● It would be great the system can track upskilling requirements of the employees based on their performance.


Eligibility

  • Any startup registered in Kerala
  • Startup should have unique id(KSUM) and DPIIT number(startup India) at the time of awarding the PoC/business
