Stock management for dealer :
- analysis of dealer spare part order to shape a pattern
- alert if the order are out of the model
'Filter the ordering coming from the Dealer Management System before entering it into our ERP, studying the pattern of orders and matching it with the demand data and generating automatic triggers when a dealer is coming out of this pattern. Then the customer service will take care of this case to understand if ordering those parts is really required. Stock management tool using AI and ML (Machine Learning).
Pains
Due to lack of knowledge which quantity to order, dealers tend to accumulate with spare parts dead stock, which can represent up to 10-15% of their inventory
