Challenge Description
Customers sends policy issuance documents over emails, which becomes cumbersome as it requires multiple steps at the agent's end to upload these into the system.
Challenge Pain Points
1. How do we enable the customers or the agents to directly upload the documents to thecore systems without the them having to rely on emails, or web based document upload technology. Can we use smart assistants, voicebots, chatbots to accomplish these tasks without requiring manual intervention from the agent.
Expected results
The documents submitted by the customer / agent is linked to their respective policies / cases and processed automatically.
Eligibility
- Any startup registered in Kerala
- Startup should have unique id(KSUM) and DPIIT number(startup India) for applying towards the challenges.
