Prospect Agent Engagement

Challenge Description  

Our company sources insurance business from an extensive network of insurance agents across India. In order to grow , the company is constantly looking to expand its network of agents through new agent prospecting, recruitment and onboarding. For this purpose the company incentivizes the existing agent network to include new agents under their fold and organizes onboarding events. However during covid, these offline events moved to an online mode of working. Where webinars were being organized over Microsoft Teams and webcasted over Social Media for broader reach.

Challenge Pain Points 

Difficulty in tracking prospect participation on case if webcasting over social media and generate accurate reports.

Expected results

A solution that enables the existing agent to enroll prospect agents through unique links.

Registering, enrolling registered agents for upcoming webinars

Running webinars over Microsoft Teams and webcasting it over Social Media

Tracking prospect participation during events and real-time reporting  

Eligibility

  • Any startup registered in Kerala
  • Startup should have unique id(KSUM) and DPIIT number(startup India) for applying towards the challenges.
