Solutions Expected
- Average office real estate utilization is not optimum across the globe
- 50% underutilized during office hours and 100% non-utilized during outside office hours. Poor efficiency in utility usage/cleaning schedules / consumable replenishment etc. Location hot-spots are full and need improved space management.
- Digital twinning that provides a fully digital (data) representation of the office network, a global security/entry solution, the enabler to unlock:
- Smart office allocation of work-space.
- Smart buildings; (automated utility / cleaning schedule / consumable replenishment optimization).
- Automated pay-per-use and billing; all of which provides optimization
Eligibility
- Any startup registered in Kerala
- Startup should have unique id(KSUM) and DPIIT number(startup India) at the time of awarding the PoC/business
