Problem Statement
Develop a low-cost solution that will allow remote users to assist onsite personnel in maintenance operations.
Solution Expected
• The system shall have a hands-free device for capturing scene details and have 2-way audio and video communication. The system shall also have software to assist users on both sides.
• The device should be capable of capturing and transmitting realistic site details to make remote support fast and efficient.
• The software should enable voice over IP to enable conversation between the onsite and remote users
• Software that shall provide the remote user capability to view the site details, provide instructions including text and annotation.
• Capability to communicate over 4G (mobile bandwidth)

Eligibility
- Any startup registered in Kerala
- Startup should have unique id(KSUM) and DPIIT number(startup India) at the time of awarding the PoC/business
