Improve Net Promoter Score via chats
Over the last months, the number of attention via chat channels, both real agents and chatbot have spiked. We need to improve the quality of attention to improve customer satisfaction and NPS.

- Any startup registered in Kerala
- Startup should have unique id(KSUM) and DPIIT number(startup India) for applying towards the challenges.
