• Solution to have a cloud based central database and user interface that holds the complete information of the workforce such as skills, area of expertise and rating of their services..
• Provision to map the demand and the supply of workforce in various areas across the state. Provision to supply workforce at a reasonable cost to support various industries, farmers, and in other sectors.
• Provision to give feedback on the quality of service availed and grade the workers accordingly.
• Centralized system to operate whole activities.

Problem 2.Online and Offline Skill development programs to equip the workforce smart and suitable for their work and make them professional in using the modern equipment and improve the way of working.

• Solution to have centralized equipment and trained professionals .

Problem 3. Provision to accommodate NRI repatriates and unemployed people within the state to the suggested system.

• Solution to register all unemployed people and create database with their skill sets
