With work from Home being the new norm, employees are only going to be present for group/innovative activities on site. Presence on site has to be an easy and enjoyable experience to maximize performance.
The need is to propose new services to the employees as an easy to access webpage giving :
- closest meeting box available
- queue time at self
- end of charge of my EV
- closest free parking place"
Pains
Time wasted to look for an empty meeting room
Time wasted in the self queue
Time wasted to look for a place to park the car
No charging box available for my EV as my colleague, arrived previously, is still parked near the carhing box while the car is charged.
Gains
How to facilitate the employee journey at work ?
- spend less time looking for an empty meeting box
- be alerted that his EV is charged so that he can make free the charger box
- know the queue at the restaurant to decide to go now or to wait
- identify the free parking place in order to drive directly towards it

Poissy employees (100 employees for a first POC/Pilot)

- Any startup registered in Kerala
- Startup should have unique id(KSUM) and DPIIT number(startup India) for applying towards the challenges.
