Challenge Description 

The insurance agents have traditionally relied on physical, face to face meetings for insurance solicitation and client onboarding. The entire sales life cycle sometimes involves multiple meetings which leads to longer lead closure and issuance cycles. The entire process diminishes agent productivity and considerably reduces their chances of engaging with a larger number of clients in a particular day. We are looking for a solution that provides an agent the functionality to reach out to a customer remotely over Video, Audio, Co-browsing and chat. This solution should enable the agent to engage with the customer, make presentations and utilize co-browsing to guide the customer through a form-filling journey, collect payments and complete the onboarding cycle.

Challenge Pain Points

• Agents do not have medium to reach out to the customers remotely
• Solutions in the market require an app to be installed at either the agent side or the customer side
• No way to hide Confidential Client Information

Expected results 

• A solution that integrates with org assets (website etc.) through a simple plug in
• Facilitates both Outbound Customer connect (Agent Reaches out to customer) or Inbound Customer Connect (Customer Reaches out to agent)
• No Installation required over customer or the agents end
• functionality to hide confidential information during co-browsing from either the customer or the agent
• Add upto 4 ppl in a co-browsing session
• Desgined for all sorts of devices and operating systems and seamless interoperability
