Home delivery and contactless delivery modes are fast catching up as a norm due to Covid-19. Quality assurance of the goods delivered are critical for customer end satisfaction. Considering the businesses of small merchants, how can we improve their end consumer experience at the time of delivery. Make a smart analytics tool to gauge insights and promote the activities of small merchants.
